When you arrive at the surgery, please make sure to put your license plate number into the machine at reception. This is to ensure you do not get a £100 fine. This penalty is in place for cars who are not authorised to be in the car park.

Phone lines open at 8am every week day morning and turn off at 6:30pm every week day evening.

You may occasionally receive a phone call from the surgery to make arrangements on a Saturday or weekday evening. However the hours for incoming calls to the surgery remain the same.

Out of Hours

Extended Hours

We offer early morning appointments and late evening appointments certain days of the week. We have regular Saturday morning clinics as part of the improving patient access initiative.

We also offer some late appointments 1 day a week and regular Saturday morning clinics as part of the improving patient access initiative.

This is aimed at those who work away from the surgery and cannot make routine appointments during the day. These accessed via our current online system.

Please fill in our medical request form during active hours to request an extended hours appointment.

Life Threatening

Call 999 or go to A&E now if:

  • you or someone you know needs immediate help
  • you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose

A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
